Dear Clients

 

Many of you have been experiencing difficulties booking your preferred time slots recently due to this peak period of the year. Current availability requires advance bookings, which are currently running at approximately 10 days. This applies to all services, including regular bookings, single-session bookings, and emergency bookings.


I understand that planning this far ahead can be challenging for some clients, but it is essential during this busy time. Please note that our booking system categorises clients with regular session access as dormant if they have not used their accounts for 30 days. Dormant accounts are automatically archived to make space for clients on the waiting list.


If your account has been archived, it does not mean you cannot access any services. You can still utilise the Single Session service or the Emergency Service.
