New schedule changes for 2024

There are new changes being implemented to the 2024 schedule that most of my clients are now aware of.

With an increase in contracts that I now service, it's been necessary to adjust the delivery and availability of my clients' services. Most face-to-face clients began preparations over a month ago, and changes will continue to be phased in over the next two months. Online clients have experienced more availability recently, but this has only been due to a reduction in new clients I have been accepting in preparation for 2024. Please read the following sections carefully.

Online schedule changes

From 1st January there will be reduced daily hours available for online clients in order to accommodate my new contract clients. Select evening slots will be reserved primarily to accommodate children's sessions in order to reduce therapy's impact on their school attendance. Clients should book their sessions in advance in order to secure their desired slots. maintaining the regular agreed schedule is extremely important, especially at the beginning of your journey.

Dormant cases will no longer be active and instead will be archived to ensure the smooth running of the booking system. Clients who have previously completed their therapy will still have open-door status, enabling them to book their check-ins when necessary.

Face-to-face in-person schedule

Face-to-face sessions are in the final stages of being phased out, allowing more slots to become available.

From January 2024, only Thursday online sessions will be available for face-to-face sessions; Friday sessions will no longer be available. From 1st March 2024, I will no longer be offering face-to-face sessions. Many clients have already transitioned online, and I advise others to carry this out over the next month or so.

As there is now a reduction in available sessions, clients are advised to book in advance to secure their preferred slots or make the transition over to online earlier.

Any clients wishing to switch over early to online should contact me for a new booking link to be created, giving you access to the online booking schedule.

The 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm slots may be unavailable to adults in order to allow children to continue therapy until they transition online.

ALL approaches I use will still be available using the online facility, including the EMDR system. The only exception will be QHHT, which I will only be accepting in select cases.

Face-to-face dormant cases will no longer be active and instead will be archived to ensure the smooth running of the booking system. Clients who have previously completed their therapy will still have open-door status, enabling them to book their check-ins when necessary. The only difference is that it will be online rather than in the office.

If you have any queries or concerns, please contact me so I can help in any way I can.

Regards Shaun Noteman
